Conbextra  EP10(M)  is  a  two  part  epoxy  resin  system  forgrouting  gaps  ranging  from  0.25mm  to  9mm.    It  is  an  allliquid  system  consisting  of  a  base  and  hardener.

Conbextra  EP10(M)  :    Contains  resins  which  may  causesensitisation  by  skin  contact.    Avoid  contact  with  skin  andeyes  and  inhalation  of  vapour.    Wear  suitable  protectiveclothing,  gloves  and  eye/face  protection.    Barrier  creamsprovide  additional  skin  protection.    Should  accidental  skincontact  occur,  remove  immediately  with  a  resin  removingcream, followed by soap and water.  Do not use solvent.  Incase  of  contact  with  eyes,  rinse  immediately  with  plenty  ofclean water and seek medical attention immediately - do notinduce  vomiting.

Fire:
Nitoflor Sol is flammable.  In the even of fire extinguish with CO2 or foam.

Flash Point :  33 Degree C
Keep  away  from  sources  of  ignition  -  no  smoking.    Wearsuitable  protective  clothing,  gloves  and  eye/face  protection.Use only in well ventillated area.

Set adhesive is a bagged cementitious powder to be mixed with either water or latex admixtures for installing ceramic tile and natural stone using the thin-set method of installation

What is cement grout? Also known as cementinous grout, this is another combination of cement and water. It's used as a layer between or around concrete and structures to evenly disperse the weight of the structure to the concrete. It's often applied to bases, bearing plates and steel frames.

Description:

• Nitoflor FC140 is a three        component solvent based, epoxy resin coating system supplied in pre-weighed packs ready for on-site mixing and use.
• The cured film forms a hard but flexible coating with excellent adhesion to clean concrete, sand/cement and granolithic screeds, and certain metal surfaces. 
• It cures to a semi-gloss, impervious finish which is easily cleaned. 
• The product is available in a range of standard colours and is also available in a clear grade.

Uses:

• To provide a hard wearing, easily cleaned, attractive floor coating in areas where high resistance to chemical attack is required. 
• It is suitable for use in production assembly areas, workshops, dairies, soft drinks production and bottling plants, kitchens, showrooms etc. 
• It is particularly suitable in wet working areas and where chemical spillage is likely, e.g. plating shops, processing plants, dye works etc.
• It can also be used as a final coating and sealer for epoxy floor screeds to provide a more durable and easily cleaned surface where high impact is desirable.

Epoxy grouts are three-component products. They have an epoxy resin, a hardener, and a graded aggregate. The resin and hardener serve as an adhesive in the mortar, while the aggregate serves as a filler to reduce costs.
