- This foam adheres to all common building materials except from surfaces such as polyethylene, polypropylene, silicone, Teflon, oil, grease and similar substrates.
- The cured foam is semi rigid, elastic, damp proof and resistant to rotting and ageing (protect from UV light).
- Surfaces must be firm, clean, free of dust and grease. Before application moisture surfaces with water sufficiently.
- When layer thickness is higher than 50 mm then apply in several layers moisturizing each layer.
- Chilled cans must be carefully warmed in luke-warm water before use.
- Don’t heat up the can above 50 °C – Danger of bursting! Cans, which are to hot, must be cooled down in water.
- When the can is occasionally shaken, temperature change is faster.
- If not stated otherwise, the data applies to standard conditions of 23°C at 50% r. h. and non-aged foam.
- To test yield and reactivity, at least 85% r. h. is required (humidify well before testing!).
- In case of aged foam, the yield is up to 30% lower.
- Tack free time and cutting time reduces as well.
- Shake can well before use.
