Nitoflor Hardtop / Nitoflor Hardtop Standard are quality controlled, factory blended powder which are ready to use onsite. They contain special hardwearing aggregates which have been selected for abrasion and wear resistant propertiesas  well as shape and size. These latter considerations, together with the use of high performance workability admixtures, produces a material which is easy to trowel into the surface of fresh, wet concrete.
Nitoflor Hardtop / Nitoflor Hardtop  Standard cure monolithically to provide a  dense, non-porous surface which is extremely hardwearing and abrasion resistant. Monolithic cure ensures that problems normally associated with thin 'granolithic' screeds, viz., shrinkage, cracking, etc., are completely overcome. • Nitoproof 600 meets the requirements of ASTM C836-84.

Description:

• Nitoproof 600 single component pitch modified polyurethane cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give a tough elastomeric waterproof membrane. 
• It is supplied in a single grade to meet all site application methods and requirements. Nitoproof 600 is a medium viscosity grade (approximately 600 poise) for roller, squeegee or spray application to horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Instructions for Use:
Preparation: All surfaces to be waterproofed should be sound, clean and dry. Concrete surfaces should have a light steel-trowel followed by a fine hair-broom or equivalent finish which is dry and free of dust, oil and other contaminants. All high spots should be removed. Moss and lichen must be removed physically followed by treatment with fungicidal wash to kill any spores and inhibit further growth. After treatment wash down thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry. All metal surfaces should be made clean of paint, oils, rust and other contaminants. Abrade to expose bright metal then wipe clean with Fosroc Solvent 102 prior to priming.

Priming: Priming is not normally required on good quality concrete substrates. However, absorbent surfaces such as porous concrete, sand/cement and cement boards will require sealing to prevent absorption of Nitoproof 600. This should be done using a 1:1 mixture of Nitoproof 600 and Fosroc Solvent 102. Use Nitoprime 32* as a primer for bituminous surfaces. All metal and PVC surfaces should be cleaned and abraded before priming.

Movement joints: All expansion and movement joints should be sealed with Nitoseal 220*† . When cured, Nitoseal Debonding Tape*† should be applied to the top surface of the sealant and the joint then overcoated with a 1.3mm thick application of Nitoproof 600 extending 150mm each side of the tape. Embed a 100mm or 150mm wide strip of Nitoproof Scrim*†, then allow to cure before general application.

Eco-friendly, natural bacteriostatic and fungistatic, stabilized mineral  grout containing pure NHL (natural hydraulic lime) 5 for extremely colour-fast joints from 2 mm to 12 mm in thickness, ideal for use in Green Building. CICO TAPECRETE P-151A Surface Treatment System for Protecting Concrete & Masonry

CICO TAPECRETE P-151, popularly known as TAPECRETE is an acrylic based Polymer Modified Cementitious Flexible Composite coating system. CICO TAPECRETE P-151 in conjunction with cement provides properties to combat the shortcomings of plain cement, particularly its poor adhesion properties, low impact strength, low flexural strength and thin section fragility. CICO TAPECRETE P-151 polymer adds to the potential use as well as enhances the properties of cement slurry/ mortar/concrete making them excellent choice for use in new as well as renovation work.

USES

CICO TAPECRETE P-151 is used for surface treatment, protecting, waterproofing and repairing concrete and masonry. Waterproofing of basements, toilets, terraces, roofs, swimming pools, water towers etc. General concrete repairs. Protection of concrete against corrosion, salt attack etc.

METHOD OF USE

Surface Preparation
Prior to application of CICO TAPECRETE P-151, surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.

• The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bond between the surface and the CICO TAPECRETE P-151 coating. This can be done by scarifying, grinding, water blasting, sand blasting, and acid washing or by any other approved method.
• New flat surface like sub-base concrete shall be made reasonably smooth so as not to impede the application of CICO TAPECRETE P-151 coating and to avoid sharp projections.
• All concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly pre-wetted prior to the application of CICO TAPECRETE P-151 coating by pouring water on flat surface or by spraying water on vertical/inclined surfaces.
• When placing CICO TAPECRETE P-151 coating, water should be removed so that surface is only damp. In no case there should be standing water.
• Depressions are to be filled and levelled using CICO TAPECRETE P-151 fillers. For filler, the mixing ratio is 1 kg cement: 1.5 kg silica sand: 0.50 kg of CICO TAPECRETE P-151.

Application
CICO TAPECRETE P-151 polymer is mixed with neat fresh cement in the ratio of 1:2 by weight. The mix has to be stirred thoroughly until smooth homogeneous slurry is obtained. Wait for 5-10 minutes to release entrapped air bubbles. Any lump found in the mix should be removed or mixed thoroughly. The mix has to be applied by brush on rendered and/or prepared surface. Two or more coats are recommended. First coat should be allowed to air dry for 5-6 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.

Curing

After application of final coat of CICO TAPECRETE P-151, initial air drying shall be done for 2-6 hours. During this period no water is to be used for curing. In case of high temperature and low humidity combined with high wind condition, the coating shall be covered with polythene sheet to avoid rapid drying of the coating.

Elastobar is a high performance elastomeric membrane for crack bridging. It features curing through crosslinking and is highly UV durable.

Polymeric Waterproofing Coating

DESCRIPTION

POLYALK WP is a most effective and provenpolymeric waterproofing solution.

USES

 Roof slabs – flat or sloping, chajjas, foldedplate roofs, vaulted roofs, domes etc. Flooring, external walls. Sunk portion of bathrooms, toilets, balconies, etc. Overhead or underground water tanks and other large reservoirs.  Mortars for filling joints of C.I. or any otherdrainage pipes.  As an admixture for providing waterproofplaster to external walls especially in highrise buildings. As waterproof additive to any cementbased paints used as a finishing coat.

ADVANTAGES Can be easily mixed with cement formingan impermeable co-matrix film.  High flexural strength and extraordinaryadhesion of polymer reinforces the highcompressive strength property ofcementitious matrix.  Alkaline and compatible with concrete. Does not facilitate carbonation.  Can be applied in moist conditions e.g:exteriors, terraces and chajjas in wet spells of monsoon, underground and/ or overhead water tanks almost immediately after emptying.  Can be mixed with any cement basedpaint and can thus have any desiredcolour shade. Can be used as a base waterproofingcoat. After curing, it can receive Sunext–8

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

 Preparation of the surface to be waterproofedis very important.  Repair and make good any faulty concrete in the form of cracks, honey combing etc mortar. Cure the repaired cracks as per the usualnorms.  Remove all curing compounds and sealers.  Scrub and clean the surface.  Remove laitance, dirt, paint, loose flakes or particles or other foreign matter etc. using a vacuum cleaner or high pressure water jet or wet sandblasting or wire brushing.  Ensure that the concrete surface possesses an open surface texture.??? Fill hairline cracks with POLYFILL AR, large cracks with POLYALK EP 
 Moisten the surface with water jet 24 hours prior to the application of POLYALK WP.  Mix 1 part of POLYALK WP and 1.25 parts fresh white or grey cement by weight using a low-speed stirrer, to form a slurry.  Continuous hand-mixing to a lump-freeconsistency may also be adequate.  Keep the mix continuously stirred. Apply the slurry by brush to the damp surface. Apply two more coats of similar slurry at24 hrs intervals.  Allow to set for 48 hours.  Cure the coating for 7 days by sprinklingwater three times a day on the vertical surface (external walls) and using moist gunny bags on the horizontal surface (terraces). For best results, it is necessary to sandwich the cured coating of POLYALK WP with a screed layer.

 Approximately 5-5.5 M2/ Kg per coat depending on the nature of the surface.
