Uses
Renderoc Ready Plaster is ready to use cement mortar based on inorganic binders for external (rendering) and internal (plastering) use on walls, ceilings, columns and partitions. Renderoc Ready Plaster is suitable for:

• All block masonry works 
• Brick & Stone masonry works.

Description:
Renderoc Ready Plaster is a polymer modifi ed pre-packed plaster designed to provide smooth surfaces both internal (Plastering) and external (Rendering)/Renderoc Ready Plaster is a blend of cement, graded fi llers with chemical additives which is convenient, easy to use and bonds stronger to its substrate. It replaces conventional method of Rendering/Plastering as it is ready to use by adding water at the site and can be easily applied on the masonry & concrete surfaces, ensuring improved quality of work and faster application compared to conventional method. The plaster shall be applied at minimum thickness of 10mm upto 15mm in one layer. 

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation:
The substrate should be free of dust, loose particles, oil, grease, paint, and other such contamination which may aff ect the bonding. Cleaning can be carried out by suitable methods like wire brush, water jetting, mopping etc. If the surface is porous and absorbent substrate, it should be moistened with potable water.

Mixing:
For best results a mechanically powered mixer should be used to achieve a good consistency. The selected water content should be accurately measured and poured into the mixer. The total content of the bag should be slowly added and continuous mixing should take place for 5 minutes. Re-mix again about 2 mins before application.

Application:
Apply the mixed plaster uniformly on the substrate using a steel trowel. The plaster can then be levelled to a desired fi nish using masonry tools like straight edge and masonry bob. Diff erent fi nish can be achieved using steel trowel, wooden fl oat or sponge as per fi nish required. 

If 2nd coat is required, ensure the fi rst coat shall be roughened to provide good grip for 2nd coat. Saturate the 1st coat prior to the application. To avoid undulations on plastered surface, apply mortar patch before the wall is plastered on perimeter of wall for levelling.

Curing:
On completion of plastering, the plastered areas should be thoroughly cured. Curing shall be followed as per standard construction practices Curing can be started after 24 hrs by light sprinkling of water 2 to 3 times a day till 5 to 7 days or by application of curing compound. 

Packing:
Renderoc Ready Plaster is supplied in 40 kg bag.

Coverage:
The approximate coverage per pack at even consistency is as follows: 10-12 mm on brick wall 14-15 sq.ft. & it diff ers depending on fi nish of the wall & block used to apply.
